Shipping:
Most orders ship within two business days. Orders in which the shipping address does not match the billing address are subject to verification. Please make sure to provide a number where you can be reached in person. In the event that a credit card is declined, we will try to contact you regarding payment. If you cannot be reached within 3 business days, your order will be canceled. Once verification is complete the order will ship. Orders placed after 3:00PM Pacific Time ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
NOTE:
ALASKA, HAWAII, INTERNATIONAL: We will gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii and other "international destinations".

Check / Money orders
Orders made using a check or money order will ship when said check/money order has been received, and cleared with our bank. (Usually 3-5 business days after receipt) Checks from overseas/other countries are not permitted.
Please be advised that all orders shipped via Express Shipping and have a total cost greater than $200 will require an adult signature for delivery.
